Kapil Dev Aggarwal is an Indian politician. He is second-time M.L.A. from Muzaffarnagar , Uttar Pradesh. He belongs to Bhartiya Janta Party.He has been appointed as MOS (independent charge) in the Yogi Adityanath led UP Government. He holds the portfolio of Skill Development and Vocational Training.

- प्रादेशिक स्टाफ प्रशिक्षण एवं शोध केन्द्र-प्रशिक्षण एवं सेवायोजन निदेशालय के अधीन
- उ0प्र0 कौशल विकास मिशन- स्वायत्तशासी संस्था

युवाओं को अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर के आनलाइन
प्रशिक्षण की सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी गयी। प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत सफल प्रशिक्षणार्थीओ को अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर का प्रमाण पत्र । प्रत्येक कौशल प्रशिक्षण योजना हेतु निर्धारित लक्ष्यों का 3 % भाग दिव्यांगजनों
के प्रशिक्षण हेतु आरक्षित किया गया |रोजगार की उच्च संभावनाओं वाले क्षेत्रों में कौशल प्रशिक्षण योजनाओं के प्रशिक्षण पर विशेष बल दिया जा रहा हैं

संकल्प परियोजना
(SANKALP- Skill Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for
Livelihood Promotion) के अन्तर्गत प्रदेश के स्किल इको सिस्टम में गुणात्मक सुधार
हेतु विभिन्न कार्यों, जिनमे प्रमुख रुप से जिला कौशल विकास योजना (डी0एस0डी0पी0)
को तैयार किया गया है।अनेक महिला स्वंय सहायता समूहों द्वारा जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से स्कूल छात्रों
के लिए ड्रेस की आपूर्ति।
